At Birchbury, your comfort comes first from the moment you order to the first step in your new shoes. We make it easy to shop with confidence with free shipping, free exchanges, and free returns within 30 days of placing your order.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders across Canada directly from our fulfillment centre in British Columbia.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with tracked delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

  • Shipping Cost: Free on all orders.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM PST are usually shipped the same day.

If you need to make any changes to your order after placing it, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate before the order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the comfort and quality of every pair we make. If your Birchburys aren’t the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them for free within 30 days of receiving your order.

How It Works

  1. Submit your return or exchange request to the "contact us" form

  2. Include your order number and which items you would like to exchange/return.

  3. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple instructions, usually within 1 business day.
  4. Items should be dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 days of the date they received the pre-paid return label.

  5. Once your shoes arrive back at our warehouse and pass inspection, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange within 1–2 business days.

Try-On at Home, Risk-Free
We want you to feel the difference before committing.

  • Try your shoes on indoors to assess fit and comfort.

  • To remain eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure they are clean, undamaged, and show no signs of outdoor wear.

  • Return them in their original box and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return passes inspection. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear.
